Over the weekend, Husband finally finished his d.i.y garden bench. After a few weekends of sawdust-filled air and drilling noises, he finally finished his masterpiece. Honestly, it looks pretty nice and comfortable.
Now it is perched rather majestically at our front porch. Not at the side entrance as it was initially supposed to. But it looks better where it is now.
Next weekend will be woodstaining the bench. Then it'll be ready for my small water fountain, which will be my first purchase with the salary at the new company.
Next project: Lattices for the side sliding door. I hope I can plant Mak's much loved orchids there. Just so, she can come more often...
