W-L-Bs

I have a very clear distinction between work and my life.

In this new company, they call it WLB or Work Life Balance. Better still, one's WLB is actually assessed together during performance appraisal time. Basically you have to set your own WLBs and have it agreed with your supervisor. So you get allowances like work-at-home every alternate Wednesdays, time-off at 4pm every Friday, no back-to-back meeting bookings...etc.

I haven't set my WLBs yet.

I need to really think about this, because its going to be my work principles for the next one year.

Still thinking.....
