You know how delirious you get when you get heavy doses of painkillers?
Jim Bob is a classic case. When I visited him in the ICU/CCU, I didn’t know if I should feel sad, all because I was laughing so hard..in fact I was controlling not to laugh out loud. He was hallucinating and rambling about this and that. He told me stories about a young pretty nurse who turned out to be an old man. He even told the doctor about a hantu he met in ICU not too long ago. He asked one of the nurses if he can still ‘perform’ or not and went further by explaining to her that ‘it’ is the most important aspect in life. The nurse went out blushing.
He even introduced me to the doctor, “Ni adik saya…dia tak pandai sangat…pasal tu rambut dia kuning…” I just couldn’t help laughing.
Even Husband came out of the room thoroughly amused. Apparently Jim Bob told Mak about the blood clot in his brains. In his slurry whisper, “Ada……blood clot………kat kepala Ajim ni……..Mak tau tak………..Blood clod………...bukan……….. c-l-o-u-d tau…………ini blood clot……….C-L-O-C-K..!….Clock tau…..clock…….”
Mak’s face went from almost crying to a contorted frown.
Husband quietly left ICU. Outside, he burst out laughing so hard; people around would have thought that he’d gone bonkers!
This morning, Jim Bob called me up.
“Did you come and visit?”
He definitely couldn’t remember a thing.

hehe..he can't seem to remember anything, not even when Aboy entered the ICU to bring Pak Jai to see him. He asked mum "Aboy masuk? bile? dgn Pak Jai? Mohsien datang? Tak de pun. tipula" hehhe
Not just that...he was upset with Aboy, so he said "Aku tanggal wayar-wayar ni...aku debik kau kang...". And I looked at him, he practically couldn't move and still he wants to 'debik' org...
