A tight, red singlet over a tight, black skirt. Ok - so what, you'd think.
The side slit of the black skirt is so high...it goes well over the panty. About an inch over the panty.
The colour of the panty - red.

most guys love outfits like the one you just mentioned but some people get away with it, some people just "get" away with it. like the jeans that most of the young girls wear now, the ones where the waist is 4 inches below the navel. some girls looked cute wearing those pants, some looked cheap while some looked simply, simply, i don't want to say it....
